Your Color, Your Yarn — Precisely Engineered for Knit Production
Custom yarn colors matched to Pantone or physical references, controlled from lab dip to bulk knitting.
Pantone / TPX / TCX / physical swatch matching
Stock-dyed & custom-dyed yarn options
Lab dip approval before bulk production
Color consistency across sizes & batches
Why Color Customization Matters in Knitwear
Color Control Is Not Just Dyeing — It’s a Production System
Yarn absorbs dye differently by fiber type (cotton, wool, viscose, nylon, blends)
Knit structures affect visual color depth
Bulk dyeing vs garment dyeing differences
Color deviation risk across lots
Same Pantone ≠ same result on different yarns
Lab dips prevent bulk-production color risk
Yarn dyeing ensures better repeatability than piece dyeing for most knitwear

MOQ & Cost Considerations
Minimums, Lead Time & Cost Factors
MOQ depends on yarn type & color method
Custom-dyed yarn has higher MOQ than stock colors
Lab dips add time but reduce production risk
Lead time typically increases by 7–14 days for custom colors
We match colors based on Pantone references (TPX / TCX), but final appearance depends on yarn fiber, yarn count, and knit structure. A lab dip is always recommended to confirm the visual result before bulk production.
The same Pantone code can be applied to different yarns, but color depth and tone may vary due to fiber absorption differences. Each yarn type requires separate color development and approval.
A lab dip is a small yarn sample dyed to match your color reference. It allows visual approval and reduces bulk production risk. For custom colors or new yarns, lab dips are strongly recommended.
Bulk dyeing is controlled to match the approved lab dip as closely as possible. Minor variations are considered normal in yarn-dyed knitwear, but we manage dye lots and QC to keep color within agreed tolerance.
Minimum order quantity depends on yarn type, dye method, and color complexity. Custom-dyed yarn generally requires a higher MOQ than stock colors. Please contact us with your yarn and quantity requirements for confirmation.
