Small-Batch Knitwear Production with Industrial Quality
Launch new styles with confidence — 50–100 pcs MOQ, 3–7 day sampling, and complete OEM/ODM support for sweaters, hoodies, cardigans, dresses, and accessories.
Why Low MOQ Matters for Fashion Brands
Low MOQ knitwear production allows brands to test the market, manage inventory risk, and launch capsule collections without committing to large yarn orders. For emerging designers and growing retailers, small-batch knitwear gives flexibility in color, fit, and design while still maintaining industrial-level finishing and quality.
At our factory in Dalang — the world’s sweater capital — we optimize yarn booking, gauge capacity, and machine allocation so small orders move through the line efficiently. This ensures you get consistent quality, predictable timelines, and smoother development cycles across your entire knitwear collection.
When brands need low MOQ sweaters manufacturer, low MOQ hoodies, or small-quantity knitwear without sacrificing craftsmanship, our production model delivers a scalable, reliable solution.

Our Low MOQ Capability Explained
We specialize in low MOQ knitwear because our factory is engineered to run flexible, small-batch lines without quality compromise.
Yarn Optimization System – Cone allocation, multi-lot planning, recycled leftover usage for sampling.
Flexible Machine Scheduling – 3G–12G computerized Shima machines arranged to switch styles quickly.
Low Volume Linking Lines – Dedicated linking and hand-finishing teams for small runs.
Color MOQ Solutions – Stock yarn colors available; custom dyeing supported with higher MOQ.
What Decides the MOQ?
MOQ is mainly determined by yarn weight per piece and how many yarn colors the style uses.
Each yarn color requires 1 kg minimum from the mill.
A 450g cardigan consumes 0.45 kg of yarn per piece.
Example: 450g Knit Cardigan
1 color:
1 kg ÷ 0.45 kg ≈ 2 pcs (and factory sets 50 pcs for production flow)2 colors:
2 kg ÷ 0.45 kg ≈ 4 pcs5 colors:
5 kg ÷ 0.45 kg ≈ 11 pcs
More colors = higher yarn requirement, which increases MOQ. And also it will be higher in price, cuz it takes more time for knitting.
MOQ by Product Type
Clear MOQ rules help you plan better:
Sweaters (3G–12G): 50–100 pcs / style / color

Knit Dresses: 50–100 pcs
Beanies: 150–200 pcs
